Privacy Policy
How we handle the details you share with us, and how to have them removed.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to answer a request: your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, and the details of the reservation, service or membership application you submit. Where you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we also hold that correspondence.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange the services you ask for, and coordinate with the villa owners, operators, venues and partners required to deliver them. Only the information necessary for a specific arrangement is shared with a partner, and only for that arrangement.
We may also use your contact details to follow up on an open request or to reply to a membership application.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal details to third parties. Discretion is the basis of our work: client information is never disclosed publicly, and case examples shown on this site are anonymised.
Storage and retention
Submissions are held securely and kept only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Access is limited to Gasparato personnel who require it.
Your rights
You may ask at any time for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to conciergerie@tgasparato.com and we will act on the request promptly.
Cookies
This site uses the technical storage required for it to function, plus privacy-friendly audience measurement (Plausible, without cookies).
With your consent, we also use Google Ads conversion measurement: when you click a WhatsApp, telephone or reservation link, Google is told that the action happened, so we can measure how our ads perform. In regions that require consent, this only runs after you accept; you can refuse or change your choice at any time, and refusing changes nothing about how the site works.
