Terms of Service
The basis on which we take on, confirm and deliver your requests.
Our role
Gasparato Luxury Conciergerie arranges and coordinates services on your behalf. Villas, yachts, aircraft, vehicles, venues, tickets and experiences are provided by independent third parties, and their own terms apply to the booking. We act as your representative in securing and managing those arrangements.
Requests and confirmations
An enquiry is not a booking. A reservation exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing and any required payment or deposit has been received. Availability, pricing and conditions are subject to change until that point.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate names, dates, numbers and preferences, and hold valid travel documents, visas and insurance where required. You are responsible for the conduct of your party and for any damage or charges raised by a supplier.
Fees and payment
Where a concierge or arrangement fee applies, it is quoted before confirmation. Supplier costs are payable as set out in each confirmation. Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed for each booking.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and amendment conditions are set by the supplier and are passed on to you in full. We will always work to reduce or recover costs where circumstances allow, but we cannot guarantee a refund of sums already committed.
Liability
We take care in selecting the partners we work with, but we are not liable for the acts, omissions or standards of independent suppliers, nor for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Membership
Membership is by application and offered at our discretion. We may decline or withdraw membership, and the benefits of membership may be adjusted over time.
Discretion
We expect the same confidentiality we give. Client details, itineraries and arrangements are never disclosed, and we ask that private introductions and contacts made through us are treated accordingly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
